"I PURCHASED THE .026 WIRE TO MAKE SPINNER BEAD CRAWLER HARNESSES. THE WIRE BENDS EASILY AND HAS ALMOST NO SPRING. I BOUGHT BOTH THE COIL WIRE AND THE PRE-BENT WIRE. NEITHER PERFORMED NEARLY AS WELL AS THE WIRE I BOUGHT FROM THE SAME PLACE LAST WINTER."

"I tie on spinner baits or whatever, while fishing pike waters and I'm not losing lures any more to the toothed fighters! Just twist it on, cut of the excess and wha-la. 6-10" of wire did the trick. I bought the 300 ft spool; that should last me for quite a while."

"I USE CABELAS SINGLE STRAND WIRE. I TIE ALL MY OWN LEADERS WHEN FISHING FOR NORTHERN PIKE. THE WIRE IS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. IT CAN BE CUT TO THE DESIRED LENGTHS AND READILY ADAPTS TO VARIOUS WRAPS AND TWISTS NEEDED TO TIE A CORRECT LEADER. MY FISHING GROUP HAS USED THE SINGLE STRAND WIRE FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND HAVE NEVER LOST A FISH DUE TO WIRE FAILURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CABELAS SINGLE STRAND WIRE. A PRODUCT THAT FOLLOWS THROUGH."
