"I found these easy to install in my boat, I have only had them for a short time but i was able to fit 3 rods easily in one direction and at least 2 more facing the other way. The only thing i am not sure of is how well the foam is going to hold up without to much memory. overall worth the price."

"Holds my rods nicely. They are a little short for 16" centers on the studs, but when you add a 1x4 that is 18" to the back and then screw it to the studs its work great."

I wouldn't buy these rod holders,

"I bought two sets of these rod holders for a boat I rebuilt and am very dissapointed in them. The foam used in these holders has a memory and won't hold the small diameter end of a rod after you have had a the larger diameter end of the rod in them, even for a short time. Very poor choice of materials selection from whomever designed them."

"I bought this for my new 14 ft. v-hull fishing boat. My old boat had the black plastic type of rack installed and this product is a much better than that one. I have 4 rods I keep in my boat and this rack holds them all. I put three rods in the rack pointing the same way and am able to store the 4th one by pointing it the other direction in the same slot as another rod. I see no reason why it couldn't hold 6 rods. I kept the rods in the rack while trailering the boat for over 300 miles with no problems. Now I am trying to figure out how to add another rack to the other side of the boat to hold more rods. This really keeps the rods out of the way."

"I recently received my G-lox Rod Rack and thought that I could install them in my bass boat, Well after trying to figure where to put them and not securing them to the boat, I came home from a duck hunting trip to find that my wife installed them for me. But not in the boat. She decided that the G-Lox Rod Rack would be a better used aa a G-Lok Broom & Mop Rack, No kidding, she even asked me to order 2-3 more for hanging up garden tools."
