Tray is good-strap design is poor!,

"We use this tray to hold the starting battery in a bass boat that is used hard. The tray is of good quality but the strap design is poor. It has a nice stainless steel buckle but the directions on how to use it are the same directions for the plastic buckle device they sell. They did not update the diections on how to use the nice strap and buckle they sell with the tray. Several of us looked at it at tried to figure out the purpose and design but had no luck."

"It does just what it's suppose to do. The strap works well, appears to be made made well and should last a long time. The only reason for 4 stars is they included short cheap screws that obviously must belong to another product since they weren't even close to being long enough to use to attach the base."

"Generally pretty good quality, a bit of a problem with the screw holes being too small to accept the head of the screw for any screw that would match the bottom of the hole. Would be nice if a metal washer was inserted at the base of the hole for durability. Like the belt and buckle versus the clamp type attachment."
