"I ordered a package of these and saw right away that they were not manufactured with quality in mind. Of the six in the package, two of them have so much paint on them that the eyelets are not visible. The paint chipped off the first one after the first hour of fishing. I'm not looking forward to the rest of them and will look elsewhere for my jig heads."

"The eyes on these jigs definetly turn sniffers into biters. I have observed this using an underwater camera. Weather using plastic or live bait , the eyes make the difference. Why take a chance, tie on a Livin Eye."

"Iv been using these jigs for several years now. Go to Canada quite a bit for walleye fishing. Everyone always asks why I catch all the big ones. Caught several in the 8+ pound range, and plenty to feed our group. Only bad thing about this jig is Cabelas dont have them on the shelf in there Richfield, Wi store. Overall great jig, I wont stop using them."

"I would not buy these again or recommend them due to the fact that the paint breaks off easily.
On several attemps just to get the paint out of they eye to tie line onto the jig, a good portion of the paint came off. I used a good quality "eyebuster" also.
I also lost alot of paint doing normal jigging over rocky bottom.
I have not had this problem with other jig heads from Cabelas."
