floating jigs,September 10, 2009
By kfelifrom jersey coast
"unfortunately the eye for inserting the fishing line - terminal tackle- was painted over on 8 of the 12 floating jigs in the box. not an easy task to clear the hole. Nevertheless, awesome against the flounder once in the water."

Cabela's Two-Tone Floating Jig Heads,April 26, 2009
By generalbillfrom Virginia
"I purchased these jig heads last spring. I am a live bait fisherman. I use them with minnows and nightcrawlers. I catch bass on both of them. I try different rigs, but these jig heads seem to produce better day in and day out. People here in VA, where I live have never heard of them, I guess I just let my secret out. Bill"

Two Tone Time'n,March 10, 2009
By SaltyPretzelfrom Maryland, little state with big fish.
"Solid components make these jigs perform as well as they look. I catch alot of pickerel while fishing these and they hold up well. The two tone paint looks as sharp as the hook itself. I like the green/black and the red/black paint scemes. I believe they out perform solid color jigs."

"Had difficulty finding a jig head that actually floated, but each one of these I have tried has been reliable and the hooks are needle point and durable. Will buy more."

Fish on Pork,January 5, 2008
By yomabojofrom NY
"You will never believe this one, I fish a local farm pond every now and then, and its got HUGE bass, and MONSTER bluegill, im talking about two or three pound slabs! Any way heres the part you wont believe, these fish eat hotdogs! One time I even saw a monster bass in the shallows eat one! Something I never thought possible. But what ive discovered, is the biggest ones only eat the hotdogs not on a hook, because they float, they are that smart! Heres where these jigs come in, the hotdogs have enough boyancy on their own, combined with one of these jigs, they are killers. These jigs also work well with plastics, my personal favorite, is the Gulp! Night crawler, for walleyes. Good luck!"

Floating Jig Heads,November 22, 2006
By ksutravfrom Olathe, KS
"The "Cabela's Floating Jigheads", are a great way to set up for all kinds of fishing. I mainly use them for Walleye Fishing in Canada. Pulling up to 36" walleye out of the water. Not as often as I would like but we have caught a couple on them. Their color lasts all day, even with the abuse we put on them. The hooks are of quality also. So far in the 10 years I have been fishing Canada I have never had a hook break. I have bent a few but no breaks. I would recommend these to anyone."

"After an electrical storm went through while fishing in Canada the fish became very finicky and wouldn't bite . But these floating jig heads did the trick on Northern pike ."
