"I am always looking for the perfect insider jighead for my crappie tubes. Hard to find. Most have hooks that are to small in the 1/32 to hook a good crappie. I try to solve this problem by cutting back the weight on a 1/16 jig. Most of the time the hook is to long and sits too far back in the tube for my liking.
Another problem is the eye on the jighead. The stem leading to the eye is way to long ! It blocks the hook set and causes some dropped fish. Mostly on the larger fish.
The Cabelas heads have both of these problems. Along with the hooks being of really poor quality. If anyone has the knowledge of a better 1/64-1/32 please let me know.....

"I have used these insider jigheads for sometime now.They work great.It`s great not having your jig skirt slipping off. I like to use the 1/32 size for Sac-a-lait (crappie)."
