DotLine Outrigger Kit

The quick and easy way to cover more water, more efficiently. This kit includes two OR-16 three-piece telescopic poles that adjust from 6 ft. to 16 ft., two combination outrigger pole holders, two outrigger release clips, two shock cords and 110 ft. of 150-lb.-test monofilament. The poles are constructed of anodized aluminum, for resistance to corrosion, and have internal, twist-lock cams. The stainless steel outrigger pole holders offer three locating positions, are 15" long and have a 1-1/2" diameter for use in flush-mount rod holders.

I bought these about 3 months ago and didn't think much of them when I got them out of the box. I installed them last night and took my Sea Ray offshore in Hawaii. They worked great in some reasonably rough seas. We had two strikes and landed one 25lb Ono. When you install them make sure that you put the pole holders where you can get the best angle so they will be as high as possible. They are definitely worth the money and a very good product.

The product does not work if your boat and trailor are flush up and down. The component has a 90 degree and then a 45 degree going out, so tha caused a 7 inch gap on both ends with the adjustment all the way in.

Bought a set three years ago and when I sold my boat this spring the guy want it with the boat. No problem take it and I'll buy a new one. Bought the new one in late july and use it right now on a fishing trip on Lake Ontario. The same quality as the old one. Easy to work with. Used it with dipsy diver #1 and it works great
