Fiberglass frame, ripstop nylon sails and handy carry case
Using the flight principles of a traditional box kite, the triangular configuration permits fun tumble-and-dance aerobatics. A light-pulling sport kite for beginners, it's easy to fly and has single-line operation that lets you connect several together for a spectacular show. Triad flies best in 2-15 mph winds. It has a fiberglass frame, ripstop nylon sails and comes in a handy carry case.
Wingspan: 16".
Color: Spectrum.
Had a blast with this kite on Thursday and Friday afternoon at Burningman 08. Just letting hover over the playa. Kind of pricey for a kite though, especially when I remember buying paper diamond kites for .15 cents and paper box kites for .35 cents. Aside from the price, I recommend it for anyone who wants a cool looking kite
for this kite to launch. My daughter loves it when in the countryside and so do I, suprisingly! I wish it was more sensitive for pulling the wire but maybe that's because we need more skills. Anyway plan to order one more (a different model) to run them together
