This hunt takes place in the heart of prime big-moose country just outside of Denali National Park. Low hunter numbers coupled with a hard-working outfitter produce high success. In this area, moose, grizzly bear, sheep, black bear, wolf and wolverine are all available in the same season. This outfitter is an excellent choice for multiple species combination hunts. Camps vary from sheep style spike camps to comfortable wall tents, based on animal movements. His long-term success is over 70% on moose averaging 63". In 2008 he went 100% on moose averaging 59". His long-term success on grizzlies is 30% when combined with a moose hunt, 100% on grizzly only hunts the last three years.

Online at www.state.ak.us. License $85; grizzly bear $500; moose $400; black bear $225; wolverine $175; wolf, no tag needed. Tags can be used on any animal of equal or lesser value.
