|
The woodland caribou is one of the six species of caribou in North America. It's not a giant species, but it is one of the most handsome with its solid white neck. Success on these caribou has been close to 100%, with some exceptional specimens being taken. The area hunted has had little pressure from nonresidents, which has resulted in good caribou numbers. Hunting is done by spot and stalk and glassing the migration corridors. If you're out to collect all the North American species of caribou or just want a beautiful trophy, this is a great hunt.
