What a great offset umbrella for the price - Had it up all spring/ summer ant it looked great- the brown fabric color is the same as it was when I purchased it - NO FADING AT ALL!
The umbrella was fully assembled in the box (except for base) . Porous fabric kept me cooler than my original offset upbrella which I purchased at Lowes which faded after just a few months
THIS offset umbrella has a FIVE YEAR Warranty against mold, mildew stain or fading.

Unit worked for a little over a year. Slight breeze snapped two plastic joints. Company does not warrant frame, and does not make replacement parts. Do not buy this unit!
