Wide, padded, vented straps evenly distribute the weight of your binoculars so you can wear them comfortably all day long. You won't even know you have them on until you need them. Binoculars slide easily on the strap, so they come up to your eyes with little effort. Binoculars not included.
I just bought the bushnell 8x42 binoculars at 25oz. and wanted a harness so that they weren't bouncing around everywhere. I made the adjustments before I went out in the field and the harness worked like a charm. It was very comfortable and padded and kept the binoculars just where I needed them. It was hard to hold the gun in front of me, but that is just the nature of hunting with binoculars. One thing to mention is that I had to make a small modification. The hooks to attach to the binocs were too fat and I had to use some zip ties to make rings to attach them. No biggie at all and it worked just great. I got the zip tie idea from a cousin who apparently ran into the same problem with his set up.
There is a one star review below me that I don't agree with. I own a pair of vortex razor 10x42's and this strap is amazing. I originally had the regular cabelas hardness but didn't like the way it say on my shoulders and after a week of hiking around, my shoulders did get sore. This Badlands harness spreads out the weight and is considerably less 'bouncy' than the cabelas harness.
I can however see that if you have a really heavy set of binos, they may hang lower than desired. You should be able to adjust the straps accordingly though.
I have Cabela's 12X60 binoc's. This strap would not hold the binocs up. The strap would slid down to the bottom in 1-2 hours of walking. Real pain, as this lets the binocs bounce at belt heigth.
