Simply the best and by a wide margin
Date:
I live in Western Washington and it rains here a lot. I also hunt rock chucks and prairie dogs in Eastern Washington and Montana. It is waterproof, dust proof and comfortable. It is too small for mid to full sized poros, but fits my Nikon Monarch X 10 x 45 and my Nikon EDG 8 x 42 roof prism binos just fine.
I have bought two for myself and two more for gifts. Mt buddy caries a Nikon compact bino and a rangefinder in his.
The magnetic closure will snap shut on you, but a half hour of practice is all it takes to learn how to close it without a sound.
They are super durable, I climb over large dead falls and through wire fences with mine on and both still look new.
I wish they made a big wide one for full sized poros, but they don't. I bought a Badlands harness, the one without a case, and hitched it to a ballistic nylon Leupold case that the Leupold rep gave me and that is how I now carry my old Leupold 10 x 40 poros.
Even my wife will now carry a set of binoculars with her in these Badlands cases or the Leupolds that have the Badlands harnes snapped onto the Leupold case. They are that user friendly.

great product

I didn't like this case out of the box but once I took it in the field I fell in love with it....I store my licenses in the front pockets and my Cabelas bino are in easy reach and store away quickly. The magnetic closure is great but can be a little noisy if you let it slam shut. I find myself slowly lowering it back into position to eliminate the noise. Very comfortable to wear in the field for hours and hours.
