This creel is made the way that similar things were made years ago - top notch quality. Very functional and I expect years of use. Purchased while on sale, so I got a real bargain!

I buy from Cabela's because of quality, service and price pretty much in that order. I am a fly fisherman who keeps very few fish - I will only keep one if his life is lost in the fight which happens some times. The creel is perfect for my needs and anyone else who needs a good qualtiy creel that does not leak!

I would have given it more stars but I believe it is a little pricy for what it is....Enjoy!

Great product

This is the first creel I have ever owned. I took the advise of some of my fishing buddies that are using their dads arcticreels. Some are over 30 yrs old. Just used it for a 3 day fishing trip and it worked fantastic. The design has not changed much over the years, why fix something that works so well.

bought my first articreel about 40 years ago...still have it..bought the new one because they are a little larger now..still same quality and ruggedness...very pleased. use it every fishing trip...it allows me to take my gear and walk around the lake or streams and easily carry all i need... I may buy another one in 40 years...
