I ordered these for my 2012 F350 truck. They arrived in three days. Installation took about 2 hours with the help of an assistant and a trip to an auto parts and hardware store. One person must hold the flaps in place while another determines that the alignment is correct. Once the bottom of the flaps were level, the fit to the truck body contour wasn't quite right. Had to purchase and install metal screw clips onto two existing holes in the body panel. Had to drill one extra hole in the front. For the rear, I had to install an L bracket to the inside for stability. Flaps are a bit narrow and short, may not keep the mud off.

I'm very disappointed with this product. The flaps were a pain to install on my 2011 F-250 truck. I'm not the world's best handyman but I'm not a klutz either. The supplied screws were too large for the front and to small for the rear. The included drilling template is a joke. When you cut it out, it doesn't even fit the shape of the flaps. Almost impossible to install without taking the wheels off and drilling new holes. The proposed drill sizes make no sense.

I should have sent them all back but somehow I managed to MacGyver it with some bolts and nuts I had lying around.

And as other reviewers have pointed out, they're really much smaller than what you would expect. All in all, a total waste of time and money and not at all what I expect from Cabela's.

Great Purchase

I recently installed these flaps on my 2011 Chevy Silverado. I was able to use the factory holes for the front flaps. You must make sure you turn the wheel away from you while working on that side.

The backs went on easy, but there were no factory holes, so I had to drill a few.

I have been on several dirt roads since, and they do a great job of keeping the dirt and mud off the vehicle.
