If you’re investing in top-notch tactical optics, don’t skimp when it comes to mounting them. Leupold’s Integrated Mounting Systems (IMS) eliminate two of the most common challenges when mounting standard riflescopes to AR-style firearms – scope height and eye relief. IMS mounts are made of aluminum with cantilever designs that mount directly on the firearm’s mil-spec Picatinny rail to raise and move the scope forward, eliminating the need for risers or special short-eye-relief optics. The Mark 4 system’s modular design adapts for the installation of optional components. Special screws hold any of the inserts or optics to the Mark 4 base with solid dependability while allowing additional extension for various weapon system/optic combinations. Imported.
