Teleflex Engine Control Cables

Worn control cables become hard to shift, difficult to control, and can be dangerous on any size boat. These Teleflex Lubri-Core control cables are simple to replace and make your days on the water a lot more enjoyable. Teflon® treated cores mean smooth shifting and simple throttle control. By removing your worn cable and measuring from tip to tip, you’re assured of the correct length cable. Universal cable fits Outboards and I/O’s. Sold per each.
Available:

Universal – Fits most engines including Mariner (40 hp and under), Yamaha, Chrysler/Force, Volvo and Suzuki. Has 10/32 threads.
OMC – Fits all Johnson/Evinrude OMC motors (1979 to present).
Mercury – Fits Mercury and Mercruiser, Mariner (1992 and newer, 40 hp and over) motors.
Mercury Generation II – fits Mercury motors 2002 and above.
Mariner – 40 hp and below; pre-1993.

What a difference

I had problems with sticky control cables and purchased these. It took me all of about 30 minutes to take out the old ones and put in the new ones. Now the throttle slides so smooth with little effort. What a huge difference. It's worth every penny. I should have changed my cables a long time ago.

I must say WOW! for the price and how fast it was to install for my 17' Montauk with twin Yamaha outboards. No problems at all. It should be 5+ stars if I had a choice...
