    purchased berkley trilene et line and am very satisfied with the product. have been useing xl and have found xt takes a lot a lot more abrasion ( rocks- stumps and etc).. of course the fifteen dollar rabate isn't tto hard to take.

    I've been using Trilene for more than 20 years. You don't stay with something that long unless it works.
    XT has pulled some big cats out of rocks, roots and other things I never even saw, but it still pulled them out.
    I've used XT in fresh and salt water and never once lost a fish because of abrasion.
