The 12-oz, firm-hand, ringspun cotton duck fabric upholds Carhartt's reputation for durability. Smooth, quilted nylon lining for easy on and off. Drop-tail for added coverage and warmth. I got this for someone else for a gift and they really enjoy it. I think for the price you cant go wrong, especially being that its a carhartt.

My light Carhart vest finally disintegrated and my heavy Carhart vest was showing some serious wear so I decided to get a new one.I looked forward to receiving the new vest and putting it to good use.I wear a size 2XL and have for over 35 years....this vest is not a true 2XL.It is more like a XL,too darn small for a big guy like myself.It will be on it's way back to Cabela's tomorrow....too bad they don't have a 3X for an exchange,maybe it would fit.
