MY FIRST REAL RAIN GEAR

Pryor to this purchase I had only bought light weight rain gear that only lasted a short season. This gear is heavy duty and I am looking forward to many years of service.

This is a great parka, but it has no pockets! I need pockets. It would also be nice to see women's sizing. I was afraid this would be very hot, but it sort of retains the ambient temperature of the air instead of becoming stifling, sweaty hot inside.

I was very skeptical when my spouse wanted to purchase the rain parka. I am an alaskan fisherman and i know all about rain gear. I recieved my parka and was really suprised at the quality and durability. I usually spend a whole lot more on another brand every year but from now on i think its Cabela's.

Wore this with the bibs of the same brand and they were awesome. no water got in and didn't get stuffy in them. They are ventilated very well.
