Danner® 8" Vandal NMT 600-Gram Work Boot

The Vandal has both athletic styling and work-boot functionality. Lightweight and cushioned with a Danner Vandal Vibram® outsole and a Terra Force™ platform for a lightweight feel. GORE-TEX® lining provides waterproof, breathable convenience, and an abrasion-resistant rand keeps the antique Rio leather upper looking good for durability. Add in the 600-gram Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation, the padded collar, nonmetallic ASTM-certified safety toe, Fatigue Fighter footbed and Achilles pad for comfort, and you may never want to stop working with these boots on. Imported.

Great boot for those long days

I purchased these boots last October and was somewhat skeptical on the break in time. It took nearly a month of wearing them everyday before they felt molded to my feet. However, now they are probably the most comfortable boots I have owned. They are extremely well made, 100% water proof and are decently warm considering the safety toe. I have worn these boots about as much as anyone could over the last 4 months and they are holding up nicely. Plus most of the time I can't even tell they are safety toe. I will definitely buy another pair when these wear out.
