comfortable and tough
Date:
The break in period was rough, there very stiff brand new. Once broken in there as comfortable as slippers, and thats when wearing them 15 hours a day.
Water proofing is very good
The rubber toe peeled off after 4 months but a little two part epoxy rubber and there just like new.
The only reason these are not getting 5 stars is because they need to come in wider sizes.
But all in all they are still probably the best/most comfortable pair of work boots ive ever owned.
I will deffinetly be ordering work boots off of Cabelas again. just wider ones

DUDE!!!!!!!! Work and Hiking
Date:
This boot is awesome. I have two pairs one for work and one for hiking.
For work:
-Amazing support
-Amazing durability
-Amazing longevity
For Hiking:
-Awesome waterproofness. (I have done many stream crossings and they are impenetrable to water.)
-Great traction (Have hiked in all terrains/weather. And their great.)
-Great warmth in winter and coolness and summer.
-Awesome ankle support in rocky terrain.
-Awesome for load support in backpacking. (I have used them on many expeditions and they work so well due to their steel shank.)

very good boot so far
Date:
first impression when i took them out of the box was how sturdy they feel. these are not some girly light hiker. feels well put together with thick leather. break in wasnt bad, i wear them now 10-12 hours every day at work in the utility field. so far very comfortable and waterproof after 3 months. i do hope that they are durable, im always skeptical of glued on sneaker sole style boots, all in all im very pleased with them at this point
