i picked up this vest last week, and i live up in northern canada, in the yukon, where it goes to -40 degrees celcius, and wind blows at 50 kms/hr and i wear this vest and a hoody and i am fine, the vest keeps your upper body very warm, and it was the best wool vest i have owned. the vest's pockets are great, but it would have been nice to have pockets inside as well. but over all i would recommend this to anyone

These wool vests are great. Very warm and comfortable. My son even had to have one. I wore mine while hunting at Reelfoot with 11 deg.F temperature and 30 mph winds and it kept me warm.
