When building the WindShear jacket, we knew it had to be warm, block the wind and move freely. If we could do all that and keep it lightweight, even better. We did. By using two layers of fleece bonded together with WindShear protection, this jacket is extremely lightweight, yet windproof and warm. Underarm gussets and articulated elbows were built in for freedom of movement. Designed to be worn alone or under a jacket in colder weather. Imported.

I purchased this coat 5 years ago to use as a liner under the shell of my winter hunting coat but instead use it as a hunting coat with a sweater underneath. I hunt geese in Montana during the late season when it gets down in the single or below zero digits and this thing is absolutely incredible. The windshear material definitely performs as advertised. Its lightweight and flexible enough to allow you to pop up out of the layout blind without getting your gun hung up on the coat like sometimes happens with big bulky coats. This thing is for real. In the attached picture, im wearing this coat (second from the right) on a hunt in December of 2010, it was -10 F this day.
