Simms recently came out with these, and I had no plans of purchasing them, as I already have Guidewear X300 bibs. I made the mistake of trying on a pair of these.....and now I have a pair. They're that nice. Very lightweight 3 layer Goretex with fully taped seams on the inside. Well thought out pockets, zippers, and full length waterproof leg zippers to make it easier getting them on and off. The attention to detail is excellent. Did I mention how lightweight and comfortable they are :) There's a handwarmer area under the upper pocket, that has slots to place the chemical handwarmers. I'm 5'11", 205 lbs, and the L size fit me perfectly (XL was way to big, I tried them both on). I haven't had them long enough to know how they'll hold up over time, but if they're like other Simms products I have, they should hold up well.
