    If you do a lot of walking these things are no good. You'll wear through one of the coils and it will start to come undone and catch on everything. If you're only going to use them once in awhile they'll work good for you.

    i would not buy these again or recommend them. the steel coil is coming off and two of the coils broke. one part that is supposed to be on the ball of the foot goes to the outside of my shoe.

    These things work. Recommend everybody living in snow and ice climates like North central PA have a personal traction device for their shoes. Put the Yaktrax on a pair of shoes and leave them on till Spring. You then will have the Yaktrax ready when needed. My wife and I each have a pair. better than a nasty fall on ice.

    I would reccommend yaktrax for anyone who works outside in the winter. I wouldn't be without them they have literally saved me from falling and getting hurt on our icy surfaces in the corrals and around the buildings. Women you shouldn't be without them, if you work outside.
