Whitewater Snakeproof Gaiters

Field-tested and proven to provide excellent protection from snake bites, these punctureproof gaiters are a must when hunting in snake country. Both are built of 900-denier polyester oxford material with PVC finish. Gaiters protect to the knee and come in regular or large sizes. Specially contoured to fit over boots. Imported.
Calf sizes: Regular (fits up to 18" calf), Large (fits 18" to 21" calf).
Camo patterns/colors: Tan, Mossy Oak® New Break-Up®, Realtree AP™.

Great fitting snake gaiters

I haven't yet worn them in the field but I have worn them around the house to get used to them. They do fit well and seem to be very thick so I can only imagine they will hold up to a Nebraska rattle snake bite!

We purchased three sets of the leggings for one of our surveying crews. They liked them much better than the ones they previously had. they stay on the legs better and are lighter.

I had heard horror stories about having to wear gaiters so you can imagine my relief when I put these on the first day and didn't think about them again until I took them off that evening. My husband and I bear hunt & are in chase season right now. Everyday we go out I get up at 3:30am and put them on before I get in the car and depending on how well we do ( a good day having the dogs home out of the heat my 11:00am or looking for dogs until 8:00 or 9:00pm) I never take them off until the chase is done. Thankfully I haven't had to have the snake bite test yet but for comfort I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been using them most everyday while pulling weeds in Az. rattle snake country. They fit nice but HOT, but thats better than a bite!! I bought two pair one has held up well wearing boots, the other pairs heal strap lasted two days wearing tenishoes. All in all a good buy.
