I live in Australia where there's heaps of burrs & thorns etc, these chaps are the best I've used they keep your legs dry in wet grass and I haven't been spiked by any prickles or thorns since buying them. Great!

I won't go upland hunting with out these chaps. I can wear regular jeans, pull my chaps on and go. When you head the restuarant after, just take them off and go.

Excellent protection...waterproof, a little on the heavy side, but works well in heavy brush. Only complaint is the snaps for the belt strap. They DO NOT HOLD! A brass button and some button-holes would hold much better... It's hard when you're old and fat to reach down and zip down the side zippers. But then it's hard to do anything when you're old and fat...
