These durable boots are made to meet the challenges of military and law enforcement personnel who face tough conditions and tougher weather during their days and nights on patrol. Rugged full-grain leather uppers with 1,000-denier Cordura® panels are designed to offer serious protection and durability. Backed with waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® liners and insulated with 400-gram Thinsulate™, they’re guaranteed to keep feet dry and warm in rain, snow and muddy terrain. The patented Terra Force™ X lightweight, durable midsole/shank system teams with the lightweight TFX outsoles for unrivaled heel-to-toe energy transfer and surface-gripping power while reducing unnecessary weight. The X-frame also provides traction while reducing weight. Imported.

Danner hits another homerun!

I am going to South Africa for a plains game hunting safari in a month and needed to replace my hunting boots. I purchased these Danners about a week ago and they arived last night. I wore them this morning while taking the dogs for a walk to "break them in". Let me tell you, right out of the box these boots fit perfectly. They felt light enough that I could have gone for a jog. They are also pretty quiet too. I love the color and cannot wait to stalk my Kudu and Gemsbok in Limpopo wearing my new Danners! I'll write another review when I return.
