Silk Weight Bottoms

Bottoms are very narrow in the ankle and bad stretched. Therefore, they are very hard to wear, foot bad passes. Also, I did not like gum on a belt.

On the heavier side of silk weight

I purchased a set for hiking & walking in the 30-40 temp range. These are almost at the mid-weight level, in my opinion. They will work fine for my intended activity but I find that I am getting a little to warm ( not really a bad thing ). I do have a mid-weight set to compare them to and I would say the mid set breaths a little better. If your looking for really light you might want to check them out in the store B-4 buying.

very comfortable

Bought this item to wear while riding my motorcycle during the winter months. Here the low can be 30's but goes much lower at highway speed. It is worn under my insulated riding gear. Does not feel heavy or binds and adds a comfortable warm layer.
My only compliant is that the bottom stretch so that it is not snug against the legs. A improved product would have stirrups.
