kick killer shoulder pad

I am a 56 year old woman who loves to shoot all gauges of shotguns from a 410 to a 12 gauge and rifles up to a 416 Ruger. I am tall, lean and like a little extra protection when shooting mainly the 416 Ruger. This pad fits well, is flexible, not stiff, conforms to my shoulder and provides just enough barrier to make any of my shooting a pleasure.

I gave up utilizing my 30-06 bolt action rifle after shooting six rounds at a target. My right shoulder gave out...........Figured I would just have to retire this great rifle. I saw the Kick Killer pad in the catalog and figured I would try it. It works fairly well. I installed additional padding by sewing two layers of leather on the underside of the pad and that helped distribute the recoil load even better. Still, it's not like it used to be when I was 30 years old, but that was 40 years ago and the Kick Killer helps take some mileage off my shoulder. Have fun!
