I am not exactly "In Shape"... bought the 2x as I am a bigger framed guy... The tight fit spandex makes me look like a body builder. Immediately went and bought another one in white... Not as flattering (looks like a recycling bag full of potatoes). The sewing on the Yokes makes it a little itchy, but if you wear a beater under it, it helps.
It also holds your gun. It says fits most "Compact Pistols", however I carry a full size XDM and if I wear a button up shirt untucked, you cant even tell.

I was hoping this holster shirt would be as great as the many 5 star reviews I read both at this site and many others. I was very disappointed with the lack of concealability this shirt offered. I am 6'0 205 with a althletic/bodybuilder shape to my physique. I purchased this holster shirt to carry my new M&P Shield. This gun is less than 1" wide and the printing through a loose fitting tshirt was very noticable. The gun hangs down just above your waist as the pocket is simply to deep. Quick access to your gun in an actual life threatening situation is simply not possible without the danger of grabbing your gun and accidentally pulling the trigger while attempting to free it from this deep pocket. This shirt might serve some purpose under 2 layers of loose fitting clothing as a backup gun, but is not at all condusive to proper concealed carry (concealed meaning NOT noticable) that is accessible in a safe and proficient manner. I was hoping this would be something I could wear under a loose fitting tshirt while running or biking, but it it simply prints far too much. Great idea. Poor execution.

I agree with the other reviewers that it is a good shirt. I tried my Walther PP and it fits well and is comfortable EXCEPT for the tightness of the shirt. I am 5' 6" tall, a 40 chest and 170 pounds. That's a bit overweight but the flab is around the waist. The tightness of the shirt is more around the chest and upper body, even without the gun. I bought a large and wish I had bought an XL. If you are on the thin side, the large would be OK, but if you like a more comfortable fit get the next size up. II think the gun will still not sag and you will be able to breath easier. Spandex or not, I was perspiring on a short walk in 70 degree weather.

I've had a problem finding a semi-comfortable way to conceal carry a handgun. Belt holsters are too easy to see on slim guys and, with no waist, the weight pulls your slacks down. The tactical holster shirt is the best I've found. True, it take a bit longer to retrieve the firearm, but at least you have it with you. I've carried my G19 and Para LCP all day and hardly noticed they are with me. Be safe!
