Could not get these on!

I was disappointed when these pants arrived and I tried to put them on. The cuff on the pant leg is so tight that I could not get these on over my feet (Size 11) so I had to return them. I'm 5'-11" and ordered the large. Not sure if the XL cuff would be any different and I thought that the XL would be too big in the leg and waste area. As the second layer over my UnderArmor, I would not want them baggy so I chose not to order the XL.
