Great gear
Date:
The best cold weather gear I have ever bought. Warm and silent designed for us bowhunters. I bought the Jacket and the pants to hunt here in VA. Now sitting on the stand in cold weather (9 degrees) is easy. I also own Dream Season gear too but Cablelas gear is far surperior!

Expensive, but seem great
Date:
I just got these pants and coat from the Bargain Cave. With duties to Canada they cost me nearly 300$ Canadian to get them here to my door (total cost, pants AND coat), so lucky for me that they were nearly half-price! To be honest, I would not have paid full price for them, only becasue I don't really now if the "Scent Lok" part is really useful or just hocus-pocus marketing for gullible hunters like me. I'm just getting into deer/bow hunting and I need an outfit anyways, so when I saw it all at half-price I figured I'd get the scent-lok. Otherwise I'd have just gotten something quiet fleece and taken regular scent precautions (treestand, attention to wind, propery sprays/detergents etc...). Anyways, main points are (if you are reading all the reviews):
1. THe seclusion 3D pattern is very nice (peopel complained about the MOBU being pale).
2. Everyone is right tht they are over-sized. I bought a large jacket and 36 pants. The jacket fits like an XL and the pants like a 38 at least (I am 5'10" 220 lbs).
Looks like good stuff. If this changes once i use them (won't be until next fall I guess) I'll post again.
4 stars is because of the price, especially the regular price (maybe a bit TOO high, unless you're a real believer in scent-lok).

Not too wll thought out
Date:
Too heavy for walking, I don't wear pants this heavy at 30 below. Rediculously high rise, the crotch is at your knees or the waist is at your ribs. Unfortunately this is a common problem with Cabelas pants I've tried.

Best camo for the price
Date:
I wore this camo all season, had numerous deer within 5 yards of the stand and never had one smell me. The scent-lok works great and the camo pattern blends in with any condition. Keeps you warm in the coldest northern Wisconsin winters.
