Cabela's Serengeti Safari™ II Short-Sleeve Shirt – Regular

  • Supple, cotton calico canvas
  • Antimicrobial wicking finish
  • Four large shell loops
Redesigned with even more safari-inspired features, this shirt is ready for travel to the Serengeti and beyond. Made of supple, cotton calico canvas with an antimicrobial wicking finish, it dries faster than untreated shirts. And bellows pockets on the chest have inverted pleats, which are less likely to catch on foliage or gear. Behind each pocket there's a large zippered security compartment, one vertical and the other horizontal. One pocket also includes four large shell loops for safari-size ammunition. Sleeve pocket. Epaulets. Imported.
Sizes (For men 5'8" to 6'): S-5XL.

I like this shirt for its look and how easy it is for conceal carry when needed..
The one complaint is that the shirt wrinkles every time you dry it. You need to hang dry the shirt or spend time with the ironing board on laundry day.

Just what I wanted and more. This shirt is great and is what I was looking for in all the local stores but could not find. I am a residential contractor in Florida and this shirt is durable and looks good were ever I go, even to church on Sunday. The size is a step down from large to medium for me however I read that in your reviews and I am glad I did, fits perfect. I am going to order a couple more.

My husband has been searching for a reasonably priced, safari-style, shirt for months. We live in Florida, so material that breathes was a real issue.
After exhausting the local stores and other sites, I spotted this shirt at Cabela's. I ordered it on 12/19/2010 and received it on 12/22/10 just in time for Christmas. He is THRILLED with this shirt! He said it is better quality than any that he had seen before and the fit was perfect! (Large fit a 6' 220 lb man). He loves the "secret pockets" on the chest.
Now he wants the long-sleeve shirt for his birthday!

These are great shirts. Very comfortable and functional. The inside pockets are great for carrying some money and passport. One of the outer pockets has shell loops that are great for keeping extra shells handy on stalks.
