Extreme weather demands the extreme waterproof protection of this jacket. It features Omni-Tech® waterproof/breathable fully seam-sealed fabric and is extremely packable. Large security pocket, adjustable storm hood and drawcord hem. Shell is 100% nylon Watertight MP with a polyester lining. Imported.

Quite pleased with the jacket, nice and light and packable. The initial test in the rain wnt well but now just need to test it out in some rough weather.

Color not Close and Zipper catches the fabric

This jacket keeps you dry. At least for the 1 time I've worn it so far but my issue isn't with how it keeps the water off your back it's more about how the zipper grabs the fabric on every zipper, be it the main one or the zipper pockets. This is pretty annoying to have to struggle with every zipper you try to close. Also the color isn't even close to what it is displayed on-line. It is a really light brown not the dark brown you'd think. Maybe Columbia should have the photo editor lay off the contrast and saturation so it gets a closer match. But my biggest beef is with the zippers.. HOW ANNOYING!!!!! I may return it, but I've only given it 1 chance so I'll see how this plays out...
