READ THE REVIEWS. Thankfully I did. These run a size smaller than normal. Spent the weekend in 35-40 degree snow/rain mix with wind on top. I was coozy in the new UA gear. Whether sitting and moving this is all around great base gear. If you are unsure, do it you wont be sorry.

after reading the reviews (i recommend doing so before ever ordering online) i ordered the pants a size bigger as recommended by others and ordered the shirt of my regular size. i am completely satisfied with my choice. i live in the great white cold of northern ny and took the base layer out for some coyote hunting and just an old army bdu pants and an under armour basic nylon type shirt and never got cold nor did i put on my bib and jacket. the temp was a cool 25 degrees. with a little wind from the north. highly suggest to wear this under bib and jacket if weather is below zero and im pretty sure you will like the outcome. happy huntin

I took the advice of other reviewers and went up a size level. I am 5'9 and 180ish and ordered xl bottoms and they fit fine, otherwise I would have ordered a large. Overall, they seem to be made well.

I just received my order and , compared to other thermal underwear I own, the Bottoms are a really GREAT product.
I would rate them 5 stars but the sizes are not even close to being realistic. Let me explain.
I am a regular sized male, 5'9" and 165 lbs, My first order was for Large size. They were too small for me so I re-ordered in size XL and returned the smaller ones for a refund.
The XL just came and they are the correct size for me. My suggestion is that if you want really good cold weather protection, this is the right product ...but .... be sure to order at least ONE size ( or maybe 2 sizes ) larger than you think and I believe you will be very satisfied.
