Long on comfort, short on width!
Date:
I recently ordered a pair of these boots. When they arrived I tried them on and walked around in them in the house. They were very comfortable and seemed well- made but the boot, which only comes in medium width, was far too narrow for my feet so I was forced to return them. I would not bother to write a negative review on the boots except that I ordinarily have no problem with boots or shoes being narrow and a medium width works fine for me. These boots are apparently made more narrow than a typical medium. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone considering these boots that have width issues with their feet.

IF I COULD I WOULD:>)

I was snowmobiling in 2 degree temps in New hampshire in wet conditions at 70 mph for about 4 hours with not even a hint of cold feet.I have also been on some mean winter hikes up and around Mt Washington and the presidential range in some pretty cold snowy weather and no issues whats so ever!!! I highly recommend these boots. They are light in weight compared to some other boots that are just as warm and you dont look like a bozo in them like other pac boots!A+ if you ask me!!!!

Good for the price

I live and work in North Dakota, this boot is great for bad weather that is between 0 to 20 degrees, any colder than that, your feet will get cold. Perhaps I have a bad pair, I've had them for a few couple years now and when that temp drops below 0, it doesn't take long for the toes to get cold. When the temps get that low, the Trans Alaskan III are put on, and those boots keep the feet toasty warm! But for the money, the Snowy Range boot is great for that temperature range I mentioned.
