The modified last has a wider toe box to promote extra wiggle room and a more comfortable stride when going the distance. Removable, dual-density Ortholite® footbeds cushion your steps. EVA midsoles absorb ground shock. Multidirectional rubber outsoles. Abrasion-resistant rubber toe bumpers. Suede/leather uppers. Steel shanks. Imported.

Generally I'll look for a boot that is proven and has received many good reviews, but I took a chance on this one while it was on a good sale and I am glad I did! Fits great and is very comfortable. I've gone out a couple different times now in the woods for some grouse hunting and is has not let me down in any way so far.

Great Boots

I took my new boots from the box and they fit perfictly and wore them all day working on my property. I climbed seep hills with wet grass on them without slipping. Spent the afternoon on unevan ground and I was comfortable all day. They were everything I expected.

insoles wore through in two months

The insoles wore a hole in each shoe in the ball area of the big toe in two months. The shoes laces came unraveled in two weeks. They were comfortable, and nice to hike in, but will not last. I am returning them.
