Groundbreaking Keen Dry™ technology keeps water outside, yet is breathable to let foot perspiration escape, so your feet stay dry and comfortable in any weather. The dual-density compression-molded EVA midsoles allow free foot flexibility during toe-off and maximize foot sensitivity to terrain. Keen’s S3 heel protection dissipates shock. Aggressive multidirectional tread on the outsoles shed dirt and debris while ensuring traction. Removable metatomical footbeds. Imported.

Great Shoes

I've had these shoes for almost 2 years now and they are still in excelent condition. I have climbed 2 of Colorado's 14k mountains in them as well as a few smaller mountains. They are waterproof, unfortunatly that means that they hold the water in just as well as keeping it out (not the fault of the shoe that I got rained off the mountaun). I used to run 3 miles a day in them for about 3 months before I bought some dedicated running shoes. I burn ditches and fence line in these shoes every spring. They are holding up great, I need to buy another pair in case they get discontinued.

Comfortable, lacking workmanship

Very comfortable, roomy in the toes. Wide, stable platform. Warm which is what I wanted. We'll see soon enough if they're waterproof. The workmanship strikes me as a bit shoddy. There is obvious glue slathered around where the sole meets the leather. Not the quality I wanted. Really don't expect them to last all that long.
