I archery hunt elk in September on the Oregon coast, it can get up to the mid eighties so i needed something to fight the heat expected during that time of year, while staying comfortable hiking and calling in bulls. When i purchased the pants i couldn't believe how dependable they were, and the best part is i will be just as cooled off as my friends with under aurmor, without emptying my wallet for a pair of decent pants. They are by far the best purchase so far for hunting apparel.
