A classic, over-filled, northern goose down jacket built for extreme warmth. The 700-fill-power goose down gives this jacket a lofty look, while the downproof, lightweight nylon ripstop adds durability. An exposed front zipper has an insulated draft flap. Zippered, oversized lower pockets and interior security pockets. Drawcord at the hem. Adjustable elastic cuffs. Imported.

I would tend to agree with the previous review. The collar wears out very quickly from abrasion on face stubble. Although only a few weeks old it is already showing major wear. The coat is very warm and comfortable but the collar will not last long, a pity. I would suggest a more durable liner. My other issue is the free moving material that tends to hang out the sleeves or get caught up in the zippers on front and pockets. A zip on hood would also add value.

Great looking, light, warm, good value at the 50% off sale price. Cons - for a 6'3" guy the tall isn't quite tall enough, arms could be another inch. Biggest complaint is the black nylon that surrounds your neck/face/chin when zipped up all the way is not ripstop/pile resistant. With a little beard stubble this nylon starts coming apart severely after just a few hours of wearing. With a season or two this will probably wear through. They really should put ripstop nylon or some fleece that won't pile. For this reason, I'm returning my second coat. If it weren't for the sale price I would give it 3 stars.

ive had (eddie b) which i wore out after 30 yrs.ive have a llbean for 20 yrs. a couple of no name down jackets also.. it is very light and very warm..fits just right..it looks and feels like 200 or 250 $ jacket.. great deal.. great color combo..will enjoy it at truckee ca in mar 11. i will also take another famous name jacket and compare them i am sure it will beat it hands down.. great job.. grandpa ralph..

THIS COAT IS EXTREMLY WARM AND LICHT IN WEIGHT.IAM OUT IN THE COLD ALL DAY AND DONT GET THE LEAST BIT COLD. GREAT COAT AT ANY PRICE BUT THIS IS A BARGIN.
