They have a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® PacLite® shell with microtaped seams, watertight zippers and a durable water-repellent finish. Extremely lightweight and packable for load-optimizing convenience, they stuff into a built-in zippered front pocket for easy packing. Optifade™ camouflage from GORE is the first and only concealment system ever scientifically designed around the way a hunter’s prey views the world. It’s the only concealment system to combine a symmetry disrupting macro-pattern with the fractal-geometry-based micropattern designed to become nothing in the eyes of prey at engagement ranges of 20 meters and beyond. Great when used properly

This product is great for people that know how to use it properly. It does what it is supposed to, it keeps you dry when the weather gets bad. It is NOT designed to be worn when the rain isn't coming down, that's why all of the other Sitka Gear is water repellant. You can take the pants off and shake them off and stuff them right back in your pack. Anyone who complains about this is just using them wrong! GREAT BUY!!

Very LOUD!

I purchased these pants with high expectations. Sitka is branded as a premium brand with a premium price so I expected the best. The pants were made well and had a good fit. However they were the loudest pair of hunting pants I have ever worn. They sounded like a pair of 1980\u2019s windbreaker pants on steroids. These pants are just a shell and not worth the price. I own a pair of the cabela\u2019s goretex pants and they are much cheaper in price and they are much quieter in the woods.
