I purchased the insulated version about 10 years ago. They were used under every condition possible, including every day use during five winters in Alaska. They have been comfortable since day one and have held up well. The outer covering on the sole has begun to separate so will finally need to replace them. I will definitely be buying another pair of Quest boots.
I really loved this boot through 1 full hunting year. Last weekend during the pheasant opener the seems broke open. So much for being waterproof. It is really too bad since this boot really felt good last season. Just not very durable.
After 6 months upper separated from sole on right boot. Just wore them around the yard then threw them away. They were very comfortable while they lasted.Didn't contact Cabelas, too much trouble.
After trying 1/2 dzn. different pairs of boots and being dissatisfied. I stumbled upon these on sale at Cabelas. The price really caught my eye. I love them. Great fit and comfort from the start. Little break-in needed. I wore them in the North Idaho rain forest in a down pour and my feet remained bone dry. Always impressed with Cabelas Dry Plus lining.
