Cabela’s-exclusive Dry-Plus® water­proof, breath­able membranes lock out moisture, so your feet stay dry in any weather condition. The uppers are made with a combination of waterproof full-grain leather and 900-denier nylon. EVA midsoles absorb shock. Aggressive rubber outsoles for traction. Imported.

Too Low For Me

A very comfortable boot. Good traction, no problem in water/mud. Sized right on. I would not buy 7" again as I don't like the top edge of the boot rubbing on my ankles. It's not bad, no hard edge or chaffing..I would just opt to get higher boots next time. If you are used to a lower cut boot this boot is perfect for you. I Just don't like the way it rubs on my ankle. I bought them for turkey hunting and early season archery so at least there is not a lot of walking involved.

Size and description are on target, a very comfortable boot. My only complaint is that one of the riveted eyelets for the laces broke on just the 5th or 6th wearing. It can't be fixed. It can be worked around but I did hope for better quality. Otherwise the boot stands up well, good traction, no problem in water/mud. One personal preference note..I would not buy 7" again as I don't like the top edge of the boot high on my ankles. It's not bad, no hard edge or chaffing..I would just opt to get higher boots next time.
