Cabela's MasterGuide® SE Hunting Boots

These boots rely on tough-as-nails durability and high-quality construction to get the job done season after season. Waterproof, Dry-Plus® and 600-gram, Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation keep feet dry and warm through midseason mud and late-season slush. The uppers wear like iron with waterproof, full-grain leather and 900-denier Cordura® nylon panels for the perfect blend of flexibility and strength. Increased padding in the collars and gusseted tongues for greater walking comfort. Pro-traction Vibram® Littlehorn outsoles have a lug-and-mini- bob tread pattern and a resoleable Goodyear® welt. Removable padded insoles cushion each step. Fatigue- reducing, shock-absorbing EVA midsoles. Soft, moisture-wicking linings. Imported.

I purchased these for myself, as a women, to wear while my husband and I went shed hunting or just walking in the woods. They fit & worked perfectly for what I use them for.

I bought these on sale so perhaps my opinion may be skewed:) However, best value I've ever seen in a pair of hikers! There are very 'true to fit' like other people mentioned so if you have in any way a narrow fit get the 'D' width and if shoes are in any way tight for you get the 'EE' width. Comfortable and warm for mild cold weather, very sturdy and feel good...I can't complain. The only thing I noticed was that the grip was 'squeaky' on flat rock surfaces. Not a big issue as we're usually on grass, dirt, trees and the like. Would highly recommend... but we'll see after the season is done.

First off let me say that i bought my first pair of master guide boots in spring of 02 .I wore those boots hunting in Alaska ,and several other states until fall 2011. Those were the best boots ive ever owned .
So i ordered a new pair ,when i opened the box i was shocked at the change.They look like a cheap boot from variety store .Tried them on and the fit wasnt what i expect from a cabelas product .I returned mine and ordered a different type .
