Serious Baselayer

I could wear men's small but got the men's XL because I wanted it loose. I put it on and didn't want to take it off, so I ended up wearing it to a party. It's not just comfy but looks great, too. In the afternoon it was 87 degrees.
The next morning it was 48 degrees. I could feel the wind make off with all that heat I had saved in it. It's a fantastic base layer but isn't going to work as a sweater layer on a cold windy morning. It needs a windblock layer over it.
It can't be beat for pack-ability and versatility for travel.
