great vest

I bought this vest as a layering piece for underneath my uninsulated rain jacket. I find myself wearing it anytime it's chilly outside. It looks great and does and excellent job of blocking wind gusts. I gave it a 4 only because there are no interior pockets and I love to have a bunch of pockets. Otherwise this vest should do it's job and keep you warm with maximum mobility.
