I Love Carhartt But .......

I'm going to send this XL Tall vest back.
Pros:
1) It has zippered map pocket.
2) It has air baffle behind zipper.
3) It has waist draw strings.
4) Well crafted.
Cons.
1) Vest collar on inside facing neck and chin is NOT fleece but the textured fabric. In cold, raw weather this fabric will chaf. This was the deal breaker for me. All other Carhart vests, even the ones made out of heavy canvas have fleece on the inside of the collar. Why this change on the only "fleece vest" they sell?
2) I wear XL Tall Carhartt teeshirts and love they way they fit but this vest is too big for me. I'd trade it for the Reg length except for the collar.
