The first day I wore this jacket, I went on a 160 mile road trip. In that amount of time (about 3 hours), the jacket showed wear (pilling) where the shoulder belt came accross the chest. There was also the same type of wear on the left sleeve, from what I don't know. So back it went. I exchanged it for the WINDSHEAR NORTHERN LITE JACKET , which is very nice. On the plus side, the exhange took place speedily with no hassles. Thanks, Cabelas.

Great jacket, great fit, great style, great comfort, great quality, great price. I like this jacket better than my wife's big name fleece. Probably warm enough for temps in the 20's or teens.

Just received this jacket via carrier today. First thing I noticed about it was it's thickness and weight. It's more like a winter coat than just a fleece shirt but that's a good thing for us in-the-snow-country in No. AZ and I immediately put it on and stepped outside where our temp is currently 20 degrees. I didn't feel any cold at all. The 2nd thing I noticed about it is that it does NOT have a zippered chest pocket as it states in the description "zippered hand and chest pockets". The hand pockets are zippered, which I like so I don't lose stuff when out hiking or quad riding, but there IS NO chest pocket, zippered or otherwise. I know it didn't show a chest pocket like some of the other jackets and so thought it would be an interior pocket but there isn't one at all. So if this is not a big thing for you, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this jacket. The 3rd thing I noticed was the price tag. In the description it states that the regular price is much higher than what it states on the tag itself but since it was on sale for a very good price, I think I received a great deal. It is heavy duty, well made, soft on the outside and inside and I think you'll be very happy if you purchase this jacket. I would have given it 5 stars but because of the defective description, I knocked it down a star. I would not send it back though because of this as it still is a very nice, warm, jacket. Buy it now while it's still on sale!!

Awesome Jacket

This is an awesome jacket. It looks great and is very warm. I have worn this by itself with temps in the 20's. Put a shell over it and you'll be warm below 0.
